Returns Accepted Within 15 Days of Delivery
Unused and unopened items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee.
Customer Pays Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-built products, special-order items, and items that have been installed or show signs of use are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
